About Me

Hi! I'm Caroline. I am a middle school student in Boulder, Colorado and I love to bake. Although I love to bake anything and everything, cakes are my favorite because they allow me to be creative and express my love for art in the decorating process. I started baking when I was only a few years old; I would help mix the batter or crack an egg for my mom. Since then, my love for baking has grown immensely and it is now what you will most likely find me doing in my free time. As I got older, I started to get more interested in the science of baking, especially baking at high altitude, considering I live at 5,328 ft. I did some research and started writing my own recipes that I am confident will work every time.
